Track what's shifting
A 30-second daily check-in across the symptoms that actually show up — hot flashes, sleep, mood, brain fog, joints, the rest. You pick what's on the list.
Perimenopause, grounded
Move through it, knowingly.
A companion for the perimenopause years — to track what's shifting, understand what it means, and meet the change on steady ground.
What it does
A 30-second daily check-in across the symptoms that actually show up — hot flashes, sleep, mood, brain fog, joints, the rest. You pick what's on the list.
Your own data, your own private trial. Started HRT six weeks ago? Fenna tells you whether the hot flashes are actually down. No predictions, just patterns.
One tap generates a printable summary your doctor can read in 30 seconds. Top symptoms, cycle stats, what you've tried. The thing existing apps fail at.
Privacy
Your data lives on your phone, encrypted at rest. No account. No telemetry. No third-party SDKs that touch your data. Optional encrypted backups use a passphrase only you hold — we couldn't read your data if we wanted to, and we don't want to. Read why this matters.
Why we built it
Period trackers were built for cycles that are regular. Perimenopause is defined by cycles that aren't. The category has a documented history of settling with the FTC over sharing health data with advertisers, so women in their forties and fifties are right to be wary — and underserved by both ends of the market: the consumer apps trivialise it, the clinical tools never reach them.
Fenna is for anyone who wants the truth about what's happening in their body and wants to walk into the doctor's office with evidence rather than anecdote. Direct. Empowering. Never coddling.
